At Timberlane Gardens, every raised bed and planter is handcrafted, inspected, and carefully packed to arrive ready for years of gardening. Below is a clear overview of how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns — with links to our full policies.
Shipping overview
We offer free shipping within the continental United States on most products. Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on location and package size. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Processing times may vary by seasonal demand — please contact us for current lead times.
Alaska and Hawaii
Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii due to carrier costs. Please contact us before placing your order and we’ll provide a clear shipping estimate.
Local pickup (Chicago area)
We offer by-appointment local pickup from our workshop in Homer Glen, Illinois. This is a great option for nearby customers who prefer to save on packaging and shipping time. See our Local Pickup page for more details.
Returns and exchanges
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To begin a return, email us at contact-us@timberlanegardens.info with your order number and photos if applicable.
Approved returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receipt. Return shipping costs are generally deducted from refunds unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, keep all packaging and email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the box and contents. We’ll arrange a replacement part or full exchange as quickly as possible.
Warranty coverage
Timberlane Gardens products include a minimum one-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, except B-Stock items, which are excluded from warranty coverage. Premium models may include extended coverage of up to three years. See our full Warranty Policy for details.
