Our warranty
We stand behind every Timberlane Gardens product. All new Timberlane Gardens products include a minimum one year limited warranty. Select premium products include up to three years of coverage. If something is wrong with materials or workmanship under normal use, we will replace the specific affected part within the warranty period — free of charge, including shipping.
What the warranty covers
- Defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period
- Cedar parts that split or fail under normal garden use
- Joinery components that fail under normal garden use
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal color changes, checking, or weathering of natural cedar
- Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or modification beyond our instructions
- Damage from severe weather events or acts of nature
- Commercial misuse or load conditions beyond intended garden use
B-Stock definition and warranty
“B-Stock” refers to new items that may have minor cosmetic blemishes or imperfections that do not affect structural integrity or function. B-Stock products are new and fully functional but may show slight cosmetic variation. B-Stock items include a 90-day limited warranty covering materials and workmanship only. Replacement parts and shipping are provided free of charge within this 90-day period.
Warranty length
- Standard products include one year of coverage from the original purchase date
- Premium products include up to three years of coverage as specified on the product page
- B-Stock products include 90 days of coverage from the original purchase date
Proof of purchase
Please keep your order confirmation email or receipt. We may also ask for photos to help us assess the issue and speed up resolution.
How to start a warranty claim

- Or call 773-919-8000 during business hours
- We will confirm eligibility and next steps within two business days
Resolution
We will replace the specific component or part that is determined to be defective — at no cost to you, including shipping, for the duration of the warranty period.
Shipping for warranty parts
All approved warranty claims are fully covered by Timberlane Gardens. Replacement parts and outbound shipping are provided free of charge for the entire warranty period — one year for standard products, up to three years for premium products, and 90 days for B-Stock products.
Transferability
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and original installation location only.
