We use sustainably sourced Select Cedar grown in the Pacific Northwest here in the USA, left completely untreated. Cedar is naturally rot-resistant with no chemical coatings, preservatives, or wood treatments added, and is safe for vegetables, herbs, and other edible plants.

Warranty

This B-Stock product includes a 90-day limited warranty covering structural defects in materials or craftsmanship. Cosmetic imperfections, expected weathering, or variations associated with B-Stock items are not covered. Replacement parts and shipping for approved claims are included during the warranty period.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship across the continental United States, with a carrier surcharge for Alaska and Hawaii. Every order includes tracking, and each product page displays current production and lead times. Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Timberlane Gardens products include real warranty coverage: up to 3 years on premium items, 1 year standard on most products, and 90 days for B-Stock. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected parts. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Do you accept order cancellations?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase in most cases. After that, your order may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible using the information on our Customer Support & Trust Center.
